4MOST long-term scheduler (LTS)

Initial work is underway for a 4MOST long-term scheduler (LTS), Frohmaier will engage with the working groups to ensure that the LSST survey strategy forms a key part of the 4MOST plans.

O2. Cross-project integration: we will establish and maintain cross-project integration of LSST:UK software tools (e.g., Lasair) with 4MOST, and to ensure TiDES strategy aligns with complementary LSST working groups (e.g., DESC and TVS). We will work with the 4MOST team on the long-term scheduler to optimise the 4MOST visit plan with the LSST strategies.

• Frohmaier will finalise a Long-term Strategy within 4MOST to include an LSST influence.
