Page parameters blank when returning to a page with in-app navigation

This is caused when navigating to another page, and then navigating back to the original page using the GitHub nav tree component. The current parameters in the parameters form are blank.

This only affects the initial page; for example returning to the second page using in-app navigation doesn't affect its page parameter form fields.
