关于异常结束直播推流时使用Streamlink录制的异常处理问题 #70

目前观察到某些主播先关OBS再结束直播的情况，此时推流出于“断流”状态，录制脚本会出现如下错误（持续卡在这个状态中无法恢复正常录制）：

目前暂不确定是否由于此类原因导致。但弹出错误后轮询无法自动恢复，需要手动中止进程后再运行脚本。

请问脚本这边能够做异常处理吗？或者，有没有什么办法可以做进程监控？
