Thanks for your insterest and sorry for the delay. I updated the code under https://github.com/looooongChen/instSeg. I plan to make it a collection of mostly used instance segmentation approaches, of course including my. I have not yet written the README, but will be done soon. You could also refer to demo_train.py and demo_test.py. It should be straightforward to use. Thanks @tuffr5 @xiongxuechun
