TrustWallet Staking Platform Integration

We want to make staking LOOM easier by integrating it into the TrustWallet Staking Platform, and overview of the various bits that are required can be found at https://developer.trustwallet.com/staking

The required integration steps are tracked by the following issues:

• Step 1 - Implement protobufs & signer in trustwallet/wallet-core (Implement protobufs & signer in trustwallet/wallet-core #1459)
• Step 3 - Implement new RPC methods to provide staking data to trustwallet/blockatlas (Implement new RPC methods to provide staking data to trustwallet/blockatlas #1461)
• Step 4 - Collate and submit info about at least 3 PlasmaChain validators to trustwallet/assets
• Step 5 - Implement RPC client to interact with DPOS contract in trustwallet/web-core (Implement RPC client to interact with DPOS contract in trustwallet/web-core #1460)
