Description

Add a functionality to be able to scroll through time using the mouse wheel.

How would it work?

You would simply press a modifier key, such as CTRL or SHIFT and then proceed to scroll up or down. This would automatically pause time and move the sun forward or backwards.
Changes would then be saved into the configuration file.
