Add field for cmavo terminators

we need a new field for cmavo in jbovlaste 2.0: a field for the terminator for each
cmavo (if applicable). Just like we have now with selma'o.

+1, and what cmavo a particular word is a terminator for would also be helpful. Say, you only remember le'u but also want to find lo'u. Some also have intermediate cmavo, e.g. be...bei...be'o.
