Export SQLite and Assets unusable

What Happened?

The export of SQlite and assets completes, however all assets (png, pdf) have their file size and type, but cannot be opened or viewed.
Images will returns this error:

PDFs open but with blank pages

Reproduce the Bug

On macOS sequoia
Initiate the export of SQlite and assets

Once the export is complete, open Finder and double click on assets to open them

Expected Behavior

Exported contents should retain their integrity
