BOSH Cloud Config

I appreciate the work towards building templates for deployment manifests. I'm fairly new to BOSH. I've successfully deployed concourse ci on AWS with BOSH using cloud-config. I'm trying to deploy logsearch, but I'm using the newer v2 manifest format. Is there any plan to document manifest creation that makes use of the new cloud-config format?
