Add lifecycle callbacks, created_at, updated_at

I was just curious if there was a reason for not having created_at, updated_at on loevgaard_brand table?
Probably the same on on loevgaard_brand_image?

just to have an idea when things were created/updated. How long we have that brand for, when someone changed something, name, or when image was replaced.
Kinda standard DB stuff. No UI, just db fields.
