At the moment, our Helm chart only works with Traefik as the ingress server but not with Nginx. @theosanderson wrote in Slack:

Atm Loculus expects to use Traefik as an ingress server. We use "Ingress" which is somewhat generic but we use specific middleware that is related to Traefik. [...] Probably our ingresses could be adapted to this without soooo much work, but it's not something we immediately support atm
