Releasing a new version: 0.6.2

🎉 Loco version 0.6.2 was released!

The release includes:

• Use Rust-based tooling for SaaS starter frontend
• Default binding to localhost to avoid firewall dialogues during development on macOS
• upgrade sea-orm to 1.0.0 RC 7
• Add a down migration command
