using the TPS61200 module will allow us to use under-voltage protection as well as boost the viltage to either 3.3v or 5v depending on application. This will be WAY better for battery consumption and overall power shit.

also need to look at TPS61120, has dual output, could potentially get 5v and 3.3v out of the same chip, but might not be worth it.
