Term description for Marriages and civil partnerships suggests term only for "news"

The term "Marriages and civil partnerships" (/taxonomy/term/6/edit?destination=/admin/structure/taxonomy/manage/localgov_topic/overview) is configured to include a description "News about Marriages and civil partnerships"

The description text isn't themed particularly well in the default LocalGov theme so if the term is used in the related content topics side bar the resulting taxonomy page results in:

For content editors getting to grips with this, it isn't clear on that page where this mystery text is coming from!

I'd suggest ditching this description from the demo content.

On a side note
To add to the confusion -- activating the Quick Edit feature in the top-right pencil icon doesn't seem to show the quick edit for there taxonomy description until I've clicked on the other pencil icons first. It then puts it as the second pencil edit link in the cramped list - it should be the first based on rendering order on screen.
