Wide body text in Guide Overview and Guide Pages #360

In Guide Overview and Guide Pages, the text is much wider than on Service Pages.

Looks like the node__restricted-width-section class isn't applied in node--localgov-guides-overview--full.html.twig and node--localgov-guides-page--full.html.twig

This can make it hard to read wider content on pages, e.g. in our example below:
