自构建镜像卡在“用户状态初始化”

自己使用 Dockerfile 构建出来的 image 出现才会出现这个问题，只修改了favicon
使用官方的docker image是没有这个问题的

修改docker-compose.yml，具体如下

此外 我还发现，在官方的docker image中，未配置api的情况下进行对话会跳转到登录，而自构建的没有，我使用的是casdoor
