Task: Dependency PRs tracker issue

Description

We'll use this issue to track several outside PRs needed for LNDK.

Tonic_lnd

• Support for the state service Add state subservice option fedimint/tonic_lnd#11
  Status: Merged.
• Support for signing a tagged hash with the signer rpc client. Update signer rpc protos orbitalturtle/tonic_lnd#1
  Status: Blocked.
  • TODO: For now, we're using a fork of tonic_lnd with this functionality, but upstream this functionality is blocked. We need to wait on two things: One, for LND to be upgraded to v18. Two, for tonic_lnd to upgrade to v18. (I'll submit a PR for that once LND v18 is out to hurry that along)

LND

• Support for signing a tagged hash: lnrpc: add tagged hash option to signer.SignMessage/VerifyMessage rpcs lightningnetwork/lnd#8106
  Status: Merged!
  • TODO: We should track when v18 comes out so we can switch to that instead.

LDK

• Expose tag in tagged hash struct: Expose more granular data in TaggedHash struct lightningdevkit/rust-lightning#2687
  Status: Merged!
  • TODO: v0.0.119 is now out. However, I think we'll need to wait for the issue in to be resolved to upgrade. We need v0.0.119 both here and in our fork of ldk-sample for the integration tests. Update to LDK 0.0.121 lightningdevkit/ldk-sample#126
