For me as a user, it is still very confusing that there can be situations where I successfully restored a project but when I use renv::status() right afterwards it says the project is in an inconsistent stat and gives me the overview table that some projects that are installed are not used in the project. Perhaps you could add a callout box that explains that this behavior is annoying but not a problem? #27
