🚀 The feature

I need a gguf support for running models without Ollama app running.

For exemple:

.setModel(new Ollama({ modelName: "mxbai-embed-large-v1-q8_0.gguf", baseUrl: './models/' }))

Motivation, pitch

RAG for game.
