System. Drawing. Common 6.0 and above versions are available Net 7 will no longer support running in non windows environments,
I saw that ReportViewCore uses System.Drawing.Common versions is 8.0/9.0

Is it because I didn't use Wine to execute it?

Yes, you have to use Wine and install within it a Windows version of .NET 7/8/9 to use System.Drawing.Common and be able to generate PDFs.
