New haxe version is getting support for a binary format. Not fully sure of all the ramifications. Most will have to be tackled in haxeshim, including:

  1. allow consuming hxb "libraries"
  2. allow installing hxb libraries
  3. allow hxb for library scripting (instead of hx or neko)
