Handling of -lib library_name:version? #178

Possible use case is that in the same project, frontend.hxml and backend.hxml could be using different version of a library and so they would like to specify it via -lib library_name:version.

Perhaps we can handle it via haxe_libraries/library_name:version.hxml ?

Hmm. That's sort of what aliasing is for, but I suppose that has its limitations.
