Wait until Livebook is saved to trigger code cell execution #28

In theory, we can communicate with the LiveBook.Session GenServer that stores the state of whether or not the Livebook is saved.

This way, we could ensure that users don't experience issues where the stylesheet isn't loaded because the Livebook takes 5 seconds to autosave.
