Issue:

README.md is dated we now have 46 MPA's 4 UIA's and over 100 liquidity pools. Installation instructions are inaccurate.

Goal:

Complete overhaul and exposure to modern GPT engine.

Here are a few inaccuracies I observed:

Startup instructions: Should be python3 HONEST.py instead of python3 pricefeed_final.py
Dependencies: It wasn't mentioned in the documentation, but to get this running I had to do a pip3 install pysocks in addition to the other dependencies documented.
