[SUGGESTION] .NET 6 LTS builds and NuGet/Package support for latest LiteDB version #79

Can the repository be switch to current/supported .NET versions ?

All pre .NET 6 are now End of Life.

Also upgrade the Nuget to link to the latest LiteDB version

NET 7 is also LTS and usage of the latest uno templates without that support breaks the net7.0-windows10.0.19041 app when building a cross platform app that includes windows.
