What we need to document?

We have documentation with development version. It may be confusing when users uses the latest stable version because the stable version may not have some functionalities.

Netlify provides environment to deploy multiple branches.

pylons_sphinx_latesturl extension may solve the issue, but not maintained at this time.

Read the Docs also solve the issue.
However, the url of documentation will be changed.
