[BUG] Sunshine default config to capture x11

Current Behavior

My computer has a monitor plugged in, passing the /dev/dri folder will make sunshine capture the monitor output by default.

Expected Behavior

In the Advanced menu on Sunshine config, the capture needs to be changed to x11. This will capture the xwindow for kasm.

Steps To Reproduce

Plug monitor into computer
Pull the container
Open a website to https://:49770
Go though setup with a password
Pair moonlight client
Start a stream

Environment

- OS: Ubuntu 24.04
- How docker service was installed:

CPU architecture

x86-64
