x11vnc icon on right bottom is not clickable, not working

Bug description

I cannot control x11vnc via icon on right button panel, in older version of mint I manage x11vnc , when I clicked icon it showed me option stop, preference ... But now it is not responding at all. I am stopping it via terminal

Steps to reproduce

This issue exist almost all linux mint 22.

Expected behavior

x11vnc icon should be clickable and show options to stop, preference and so on...
