Giving the differences since 1.15 (and especially the two new options for "dark mode" and the more important "fail below percentage") it would be nice to get a new release.
Is there anything else missing other than adjusting the README (which still points to the SF page)?
Would it help to send a PR for adjusting the README? Should it be changed to markdown, too?

Initially I wasn't sure if the amount of included commits would justify a new release, but given that with the upcoming integration of the diffcov feature major code changeswill be integrated soon, putting out a new release based on the existing code base sounds like a good idea.
I guess it would be good to have all sf links (README and code) replaced before the release so that when the sf-lcov site will be sunset, the latest package still points to a valid address on github. README updates are nice-to-have, but not a prereq. I've been meaning to integrate the content of the sf web page into the README and convert it to .MD format for some time already, but didn't have a chance to drive that to conclusion. I'll comment more on that in your report (#151 ).
