stuck on "certificate verify failed: unable to get local issuer certificate" error

while running the spotify backup, i kept seeing this error and i tried running the backup script separate from the s2yt_gui, still no luck....

Hey there! I'm on mac and was facing the same issue. This thread on stackoverflow helped me out, specifically:

This issue is triggered by the urllib.urlopen function. Hope it helps. If you're on windows, I'd suggest finding the folder where python is installed, and running the same file.
