Seekbar sync issue with forward backward #58

Hii
thanks to this awesome library.

But I'm facing an issue with seek bar.
seekbar is not properly syncing with video when forward or backward.

Whenever I'm forward or backward the video, the video slightly pushes back to some seconds.

yes i fixed the issue.
actually in my case when i move seekbar only move to hh:mm:ss
but i solved this by including ms(millisecond) also.
