it needs a version of the selenium package installed that isn't the latest.

selenium 3.141.0 works.

it's one of the latest in the version 3 selenium https://github.com/SeleniumHQ/selenium/releases?page=3
and it can be installed with pip install

There are a few bugs, but if you fix them and check all open issues to find the best versions of Selenium, Geckodriver, and Selenium-Firefox, it should work. However, the scheduler isn’t working for me—I'm trying to fix it.
