Remove jcenter repository and publish artifacts to maven central

As of https://jfrog.com/blog/into-the-sunset-bintray-jcenter-gocenter-and-chartcenter/ jcenter is not available anymore, thus the artifacts can't be downloaded.

Please, switch the project to use maven central only and switch to available dependency.

Is the library still active developed?
Or has it been moved?
the large message processing feature would be very helpful for us, so it would be very helpful, to know, if there is a maintained version available, or if we have to fork the existing (what I would not prefer...)
