Show Details of LogDir Movements when RebalanceDisk with verbose

Hi,
Currently when we want to run rebalance disk, e.g. via /proposals?rebalance_disk=true&verbose=true, it doesn't show which logdirs on the brokers are being moved. It just says that for example replica 0 is moving from [b0, b1] to [b0, b1]. This doesn't have any value here because we already know that we're not moving replicas across brokers and we're within the same broker.
Instead, it should shows something like this: moving from [b0-/disk1, b1-/disk1] to [b0-/disk2, b1-/disk1]. Here we know that which disks the replica is moving to/from.
