Description

We want to add short, one-line descriptions for each field to aid users in using the plugin. The titles and descriptions for each field are listed below.

Destination Fields

Travel Info Section

Electricity

• Enter details about the country's electrical system (e.g., voltage, plug types).

Banking

• Provide information about banking services and currency in the country.

Cuisine

• Describe the typical cuisine or food experiences in the country.

Climate

• Give an overview of the country's climate and weather patterns.

Transport

• Provide information on transportation options available in the country.

Dress

• Describe any local dress customs or recommended clothing for visitors.

Health

• Provide important health-related information for travellers (e.g., vaccinations, health services).

Safety

• Enter safety tips or advice for staying secure in the country.

Visa

• Provide details on visa requirements for entering the country.

General

• Add any other relevant general travel information about the country.

Gallery

• Add images related to the country to be displayed in the Destination’s gallery.

Video Gallery

• Link to videos about the country, including a title, URL, caption, and alt text.

Best Time to Visit

• The ideal months or season for visiting the accommodation.

Map Address (wetu)

• The address of the accommodation for map display.

Map Placeholder

• A placeholder image for the map if no address or GPS data is available.

Video - TO BE USED ON ALL POST TYPES

• Title: The title of the video.

• URL: The URL link to the video.

• Caption: The caption displayed with the video on the frontend.

• Alt Text: Alternative text for accessibility, describing the video for screen readers.

• Set the minimum price of the accommodation.

Single Supplement

• Set the additional cost for a single person booking the accommodation.

Disable Single

• Disable the Single Accommodation page, redirecting users to the enquiry form when clicking on the accommodation card.

Travel Styles

• Select the relevant travel styles that apply to the accommodation.

Accommodation Types

• Select the type(s) of accommodation (e.g., hotel, resort).

Facilities

• Choose the facilities offered by the accommodation (e.g., pool, gym).

Brands

• Select the brand the Accommodation belongs to.

Fast Facts Section

Rating

• Select the star rating for the accommodation (e.g., 3 stars, 5 stars).

Rating Type

• Choose the rating type (e.g., user reviews, official star ratings).

Number of Units

• Enter the total number of rooms or units at the accommodation.

Check-in Time

• Enter the standard check-in time for the accommodation.

Check-out Time

• Enter the standard check-out time for the accommodation.

Spoken Languages

• Select the languages commonly spoken by the staff.

Friendly

• Choose the types of visitors the accommodation is best suited for (e.g., family-friendly, pet-friendly).

Gallery

• Add images related to the accommodation to be displayed in the Accommodation’s gallery.

Unit Type

• Select the type of unit (e.g., room, suite) from the dropdown.

Unit Title

• Enter the name or title of the unit (e.g., Deluxe Room, Family Suite).

Unit Description

• Provide a brief description of the unit’s features and amenities.

Unit Price

• Enter the price of the unit.

Unit Images

• Showcase the unit by adding images.

Title

• Enter the title for the time frame (e.g., Day 1, Day 1-3).

Tagline (Optional)

• Add an optional tagline for the itinerary entry (if left blank, it won’t display).

Description

• Provide a description of what happens during this time frame.

Featured Image

• Upload or select a featured image for the itinerary entry.

Related Accommodation

• Select the accommodation associated with this Itinerary entry.

Related Destination

• Choose the destination (region or country) associated with this Itinerary entry.

Drinks Basis

• Select the drinks basis for the itinerary (e.g., tea & coffee, all local drinks).

Room Basis

• Choose the room basis for the itinerary (e.g., breakfast only, full board).

Minimum Child Age description should read "Set the youngest child allowable at this accommodation."

Price Type description should read "The pricing structure of this accommodation, e.g., per person per night"

Destination Issues

Best Time to Visit needs a description as per the other post types
