Move builds away from travis-ci.org

Travis-ci.org is going away at the end of 2020.

The quick solution is to move to travis-ci.com

The migration to travis-ci.com is a really simple point-and-click process but I'd rather someone with knowledge on the build does it to verify everything migrated correctly.

this isn't the most important repo to upgrade, but it might actually be a good idea if I do a few less-critical repos first, to see how it goes :-)

Ticket on migrating scala/* repos: scala/scala-dev#728

As for lightbend/* repos, I don't have the necessary admin access. I'm going to close this ticket since this repo isn't critical and since I guess someone at Lightbend will organize a mass move.

this is the repo I intended, yes.
For some reason, and unlike other lightbend repos, it shows up on my calls to the Travis API and I only wanted to make sure it got some attention. If this is low priority and, on top of that, is already considered in scala/scala-dev#728 then I can drop it from my backlog. :-)
