[Feature request] Add Arabic speaker

I would ask if there is a possible to adding an Arabic speaker, or if you tell me how can I do that in order to send a patch.

Hi, you could try by training it with arabic lanugage using Mozilla Commonvoice, I made a PR for adding that: #111

Unfortunately there seems to be an issue with Phonemization for non-latin characters (#110); however this might not be an issue if you just use one language and only use arabic alphabet.
