It's necessary to write custom Alertmanager template for Discord built-in hook instead of alertmanager-discord-balval service.
Use this default template as reference https://github.com/prometheus/alertmanager/blob/487db1383b8cc5c2867c77f110431605bb8ce247/template/default.tmpl#L126
And our template for Telegram
