Allow Google Play users not passing Google's Play Integrity to download the application

Users not passing Google's Play Integrity cannot download the application from Google Play without getting passing some checks. The checks are very easy to pass on rooted devices or you get the application from another source. There is no good reason to block users not passing Google's Play Integrity from downloading the application.
