Multi PGN import: Wrong max. number of games in description

Steps to reproduce the bug

1. Log in.
2. Open an existing study or create a new one: lichess.org/study.
3. Click on Add a new Chapter.
   
4. Click on PGN.
   

What did you expect to happen?

The import description should state:

Paste your PGN text here, up to 32 64 games.

Actually, it is possible to upload up to 64 games in one go. This also matches the max. number of chapters in a study. Hence, I assume the actual upload limit of 64 to be intended, and only the description to be wrong.

What happened instead?

The description states that only up to 32 games can be imported at a time.
