Improve shared state error messages

There are some messages asociated with shared state, are they used ?

We need some context for this errors

This errors are from shared state backend errors, for example if you try to get bat links and the package is not installed this error is shown.

The error message can be changed but this is a more ux issue. Maybe @javierbrk or @nicoechaniz could suggest new ones?
