what is the unit of upttime in meshwide screen ? it should be in hours and minutes

Not sure if it has sense to have this info on mesh wide state because is not real time and have a lot of delay.

Real time uptime is shown on landing dashboard.

So if we decide to show it on a human readable time we have to use the same function as there. But lets decide if it has sense to be shown
