配置上的“代理链”文字描述应该改为“局部链”，因为“全局链”在语义上应当是“代理链”的子集，“代理链”是“局部链”和“全局链”的统称

实际行为 / Actual behavior

1. 配置上的“局部链”被错误的描述为广义的“代理链”，从理解上来说，反而右侧的全局链成为了“局部链”的子集了。
2. 在文档中没有明确区分“局部链”“代理链”的前提下，这种极其随意不严谨的文字描述加上错误的交互显示https://github.com/libnyanpasu/clash-nyanpasu/issues/2336给人带来了极大的困惑
