Windows下，tun模式的显示bug

复现步骤 / Step to reproduce

如下图：
tun模式启动后，代理接管状态还是“Disabled”，但是实际已经连接成功。
（另外，提一个UI上的建议，概览页面里这个“代理接管状态”框，能不能放到上面，或者把上面显示网络流量的框框调小一些，因为每次启动，要启动连接开个，就要放下拉才能看到这个连接开关，而连接开关应该是最常用的功能）

预期行为 / Expected behaviour
