复现步骤 / Step to reproduce

选中 Clash Nyanpasu 的图标，选择保留在程序坞。
关闭窗口，点击 Dock 上的图标，无响应

预期行为 / Expected behaviour

点击图标后能正确恢复窗口。

需要 tauri 官方支持。目前 tao 挂载了 App 委派，但是没提供手段给 App 注入一些操作，直接通过再次挂载委派的方式会破坏 Tauri 的默认行为，造成额外 bug。
