Only two typeforms allowed?

Hello.

I've come from using liblouis c api, where there is no restriction about the typeforms.

Now I'm migrating to java, for platform compatibility, and as I can see there's no way to use typeforms for emphasis as the Typeform constructors are private.

I'm not so good with java so maybe there's something I don't understand, but I can only use the PLAIN_TEXT and COMPUTER typeforms.

Is there any way to use other Typeforms?

Is there a reason for not allowing use other Typeforms?
