The same error occurred in macOS 13.3 and iOS 16.4.1. The error did not occur when trying again after switching to an iOS 15.7.5 device. So I think the issue is caused by iOS 16, not macOS 13.

How to fix the issue?
MacOS: Ventura
iOS: 16v
