Stuck at GeneratingApplicationMap since 4a7f0b0 #119

I have an iPhone 5c that gets stuck at Install: GeneratingApplicationMap (90%).

The phone was fully factory reseted to eliminate possible problems.

I have bisected the problem to this commit: 4a7f0b0

Not sure what to do except revert ?

I also have the "stuck at GeneratingApplicationMap" issue. ( on current HEAD versions of libimobiledevice and ideviceinstaller installed from source ) The app does install, but the installer hangs at that step.

issue still persists. iPad 4 with iOS 10.3.4
