The "correct" way now to install the LibAtoms-related Julia ecosystem is via the MolSim registry.

I think we primarily used JuLibAtoms to generate the docker images. this should now be much easier with the MolSim registry; simply to

] registry add https://github.com/JuliaMolSim/MolSim.git
add JuLIP ASE NeighbourLists # etc ...
