It took me entire a day but i still cannot run this project, both on ubuntu and window bash.
So many thing have to be install, and this project cannot run with newer vesion of torch, torchvision and opencv-python. PyTorch=0.4.1+ torchvision= 0.2.1 + opencv-python= 3.4.2 is not easy to install and take so much time too.

Can you give detailed instructions on how to run the project or package it in a full docker file?
